Possible Causes:

  1. Connector MS43 ECM C603, Engine fusebox connectors C570, C576.
  2. Open circuit C576/9 (WK) - C603/9 (WK).
  3. Short circuit C576/9 (WK) - Ground.
  4. Engine compartment fusebox Fuse 2.
  5. Main relay.
  6. MS43 ECM.
  1. Connector MS43 ECM C603, Engine fusebox connectors C570, C576. 

    CONNECTOR

    Check for connector not correctly latched, backed out pins, damaged pins, corroded pins

  2. Open circuit C576/9 (WK) - C603/9 (WK). 

    OPEN_CIRCUIT

    Check resistance > 1M&!

  3. Short circuit C576/9 (WK) - Ground. 

    SHORT_CIRCUIT

    Check resistance < 5.0&!

  4. Engine compartment fusebox Fuse 2.
