NOTE: only applicable to the following vehicles and model years.
Evoque from 14MY,
Range Rover Sport (L320) from 13MY,
Discovery 4 from 13MY,
Range Rover (L405) from 13MY
Range Rover Sport (L494) from 14MY

ISSUE

The latest level software is being corrupted when downloaded via SDD.

CAUSE

The module does not have sufficient flash ROM memory because ASL was not being cleared prior to a reflash.

ACTION

Prior to the TV module software update change the country setting to USA.

Download the latest software via SDD.

Once the software has been downloaded change the country back to the correct region.
