ISSUE
Authorised Repairers are unable to log into Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD).
When the retailer selects 'Click here for Authorised Repairers' on the SDD access to TOPIx servers screen, you will get the error message 'This content cannot be displayed in a frame'.
CAUSE
Jaguar Land Rover IT department have made changes to the security settings on the server that authenticates your Dealer Single Login (DSL) credentials.
ACTION
If you experience this login concern, complete the actions detailed below:
- Select 'Click here for Authorised Repairers'.
- When the error message 'This content cannot be displayed in a frame' error message is displayed, select "Open this content in a window" in the "What you can try" section of the error screen.
- After selecting 'Open this content in a new window' a separate Internet Explorer window will appear, enter your User Id and Password and select 'Login'.
- Close the window that contains the error screen and then select F11 on the keypad to make SDD full screen.
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Jaguar Land Rover IT department has now removed the changes made to the security settings on the server that authenticates your Dealer Single Login (DSL) credentials.
SDD will now log into as normal without the need to complete the actions detailed above.
