Circuit references CTS
- The engine control module measured a signal voltage below a specified range but not necessarily a short circuit to ground, gain low
- Thermostat mechanical failure
- Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit, short circuit to ground
- Engine coolant temperature sensor failure
