DTC U0405-86: Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module - Signal invalid: Action
- Check speed control module for additional DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
- Check speed control buttons and clock spring are not jammed/contaminated/damaged
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the power supply and ground connections to the speed control module
- Clear the DTCs and retest
