DTC P250B-25: Engine Oil Level Sensor Circuit Range/Performance - Signal shape/waveform failure: Action
NOTE:
Monitor description.
Engine control module monitors the PWM signal from the sensor and sets the DTC if an out of range signal is detected
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check oil level sensor circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Clear the DTCs and retest
- Check and install new oil level sensor as required
