Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, complete a CAN network integrity test. Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check CAN circuits if required. Repair harness as required
Check engine control module for additional DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index. Rectify these first
Check transmission control switch for related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the power and ground connections to the transmission control switch
Clear the DTCs and retest
