- Check the serial number of the rear seat entertainment control module is valid (as installed at the factory), if the part has been installed by a dealer the installation routine has not been performed correctly. Configure the rear seat entertainment control module using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system. Clear the DTC and retest the system
