DTC B1538-93: Electrically Deployable Tow Bar Movement Motor - No operation: Action
- Check the security and integrity of the deployable towbar circuit connectors and rectify as required
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the deployable towbar movement motor circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- Check the deployable towbar hall sensor and the deployable towbar motor for mechanical failure and rectify as required
- If fault persists, using Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the correct deployable towbar control module software is installed and rectify as required
