DTC B13F5-13: Electric (PTC) Heater Control Circuit #2 - Circuit open: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the electric booster heater relay 2 circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new electric booster heater relay 2 as required
