DTC B116D-97: SOS On Call Keypad - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked: Action

NOTE:

This DTC will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster
Switch signals are blocked following false or repeated operation

Check the operation of the telematics switchpack eCall and/or bCall switches. Install a new telematics switchpack as necessary
Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the telematics switchpack eCall and/or bCall switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit or high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
