DTC B128D-13: Speaker #16 - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: Only applies to vehicles fitted with a Meridian® Surround sound system. There is no speaker connected to this output channel

Check the speaker harness and connectors for damage or contamination, also check for any cables or speakers that have been connected to this channel. Repair the circuit as required, clear the DTC and retest
Configure the audio amplifier to the latest software level and retest
If fault persists and if no evident issue is seen, install a new audio amplifier module as required. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear DTC and retest
