DTC B11C3-11: Power Striker Open Relay - Circuit short to ground: Action

Disconnect the startup battery ground cable. Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the closing motor circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair circuit as required and reconnect the startup battery ground cable. Repeat closing motor (open and soft close) movements through at least two cycles, then retest
If fault persists, check if door module DTCs B1481-11 and/or B148A-11 are logged. If either of these DTCs are logged, refer to the relevant DTC index and carry out remedial actions. Clear DTCs and retest
If fault persists, install a new closing motor as required
