DTC B14D3-96: Radio Tuner - Component internal failure: Action

NOTE: This Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) may log as a result of hardware/software incompatibility and may not indicate a fault in the vehicle

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the infotainment master controller with the latest level software. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
If the fault persists or the customer continues to report problems with the radio, do not replace the infotainment master controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
