- High-line seating: Refer to the appropriate service information and check the front seat head restraint fore/aft motor circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new front seat head restraint fore/aft motor as necessary
- Executive seating: Refer to the appropriate service information and check the rear seat entertainment screen up/down motor circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new rear seat entertainment screen up/down motor as necessary
