DTC B100D-42: Column Lock Authorization - General memory failure: Action

- Using the JLR approved diagnostic equipment, check datalogger signal - Main ECU Supply Voltage (0xDD02). Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the electric steering column lock power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Refer to the relevant section of the service information and check the battery and charging system
- Using the JLR approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and perform routine - On Demand Self Test. If the fault persists, install a new electric steering column lock
