replace the infotainment master controller for this DTC alone
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run the guided diagnostic related to this concern
- If the fault persists, replace the portable user interface panel and retest
- If the fault persists, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment master controller to the latest level software and retest
