DTC B14AE-05: Left Rear Display Screen - System programming failures: Action

NOTE:
Do Not
replace the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller for this DTC alone
- Check that the rear left display screen is working, if the display is working go to step 3. If there is no display go to step 2
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step 5
- Check the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller and rear left display screen software release notes to see if a repair is available and update as necessary and repeat step 2. If no software update is available go to step 4
- Check for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to the customer concern and follow the DTC index
