- Do Not replace the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller for this DTC alone
- If Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) B14B4-15, B14B5-15 and B1492-11 are set in the infotainment master controller alongside this DTC, this does not indicate a fault with the associated Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
- If DTC B14B4-15 or B14B5-15 is set in the infotainment slave controller alongside this DTC, this does not indicate a fault with the associated Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run the guided diagnostic related to the customer concern
