DTC B0092-11: Left Side Restraints Sensor 2 - Circuit short to ground: Action
NOTE:
The front left door impact sensor and the left C pillar impact sensor are bussed together and will set corresponding Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) simultaneously
- Check the left C pillar impact sensor electrical connector is correctly connected and free from damage, repair as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the left C pillar impact sensor power circuit (connector B pin 32) for short circuit to ground. Repair the circuit as necessary, clear the DTC and retest
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the left C pillar impact sensor circuit (connector B pins 31 and 32) for short circuit between power and return. Repair the circuit as necessary, clear the DTC and retest
- If the fault persists, install a new left C pillar impact sensor as necessary
