DTC B11A1-11: Right Side Restraints Pressure Sensor - Circuit short to ground: Action
NOTE:
The front right door impact sensor and the right C pillar impact sensor are bussed together and will set corresponding Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) simultaneously
- Check the right impact pressure sensor electrical connector is correctly connected and free from damage. Repair as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the right impact pressure sensor power circuit (connector B pin 22) for short circuit to ground
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the right impact pressure sensor circuit (connector B pins 21 and 22) for short circuit between power and return. Repair as necessary
- If the fault persists, install a new right impact pressure sensor
