DTC B14B6-93: USB Port #1 - No operation: Action
- Using a known good USB device, check the USB source is active on the screen, if the USB source is active go to step 8, if the information is not displayed go to step 2
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 3, if the DTC is no longer set go to step 8
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and disconnect USB#1 cable from the user interface panel
- Measure the voltage between pin 2 of the USB#1 and a local ground connection on the vehicle
- If the voltage is between 4-6 volts, go to step 6, if not go to step 7
- Reconnect the USB#1 cable to the user interface panel and perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202). If the fault persists install a new user interface panel
- Check the front infotainment control module software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the front infotainment control module and repeat step 2. If no software update is available go to step 8
- Check for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to the customer concern and follow the DTC index
