NOTE: This Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) will be also be set if the USB cable is disconnected from the infotainment master controller, or disconnected between the USB repeater module (where fitted) and the portable audio interface panel. If this Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) is set, also check for Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) B14B6-13

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the Portable audio interface panel APIX circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
