DTC B14AF-96: Right Rear Display Screen - Component internal failure: Action
NOTE:
Do Not
replace the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller for this DTC alone
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 2, if the DTC is no longer set go to step 3
- Check the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller and rear right display screen software release notes to see if a repair is available and update as necessary. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest. If the fault persists, install a new rear right display screen
