DTC B14D3-05: Radio Tuner - System programming failures: Action

NOTE: After updating the car configuration file, set the ignition to on and wait 30 seconds before clearing the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s)
  1. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, perform routine - On Demand Self Test (0x0202) and read the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). If the DTC is set go to step 2, if the DTC is no longer set go to step  3
  2. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check and update the car configuration file as necessary. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
  3. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the infotainment master controller software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the infotainment master controller. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
