NOTE: Do Not replace the infotainment master controller/infotainment slave controller for this DTC alone

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run the guided diagnostics related to the customer concern
If the fault persists, install a new infotainment slave controller rear portable user interface panel
If the fault persists, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the infotainment slave controller with the latest level software. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
