B14A2-31: APIX Display Link - Front Display Screen - No Signal: Action

NOTE: This DTC may indicate a fault with the Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) or the APIX2 connection. Please refer to any Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) APIX2 DTCs and perform the relative corrective actions before continuing

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the interactive control display module, APIX2 front display screen circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Check for damaged/loose connections. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, ensure both the interactive control display module and the infotainment master controller are updated to the latest software level
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check and update the car configuration file as necessary. Clear the DTCs and retest
