B00A0-87: Occupant Classification System - Missing message: Action
NOTE:
Do not attempt to install individual components from the service kit as they are calibrated to function as a single assembly
- Check that the occupant classification sensor control module connector is correctly latched and free from damage. Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the LIN circuit for open circuit, short circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
- If fault persists, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the restraints control module and the occupant classification sensor control module for the latest level software installed. Reconfigure with the latest level software if necessary. Clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
- If fault persists, install a new occupant classification sensor service kit as required (complete service kit consists of foam, occupant classification sensor bladder mat with attached smart digital pressure sensor)
