- Vehicle Conditions to enable DTC Logging Strategy
- Drive vehicle in charge air regions and complete numerous negative transients (Acceleration followed by abrupt back outs (throttle closure)
- Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the compressor bypass control actuator circuit for
- Fuse failure
- Open circuit
- High resistance
- Install new compressor bypass control actuator, only when diagnosed as failed
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear all stored Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest
