DTC B116D-97: SOS On Call Keypad - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked: Action

NOTE:

Switch signals are blocked following false or repeated operation.
This Diagnostic Trouble code(s) will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the telematic switchpack emergency call/breakdown call switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
Test the operation of the telematic switchpack emergency call/breakdown call switches. Install a new telematic switchpack as necessary
