- Check the transmission fluid level using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to run the 8-speed ZF - Automatic Transmission Fluid Level Check Application. Refer to the relevant service information and check the automatic transmission fluid quality. If the fluid condition is normal, install a new torque converter. If the fluid is dirty or degraded, install a new automatic transmission
