DTC B1131-98: Wiper Motor Module - Component or system over temperature: Action

NOTE: To validate the repair firstly run the engine for 30 seconds and operate the windshield wiper functions at all wiper speeds, then use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check this DTC is no longer set within the body control module

Allow the system temperature to return to normal. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest. If the fault persists, install a new windshield wiper motor
