DTC U2109-11: Back-up Battery - Circuit short to ground: Action
NOTE:
- This DTC has been identified as setting incorrectly on the below software levels. Update the front infotainment control module (IGM/ICCM) to the latest level software, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest

- L8B2-19L322-BH
- L8B2-19L322-BJ
- L8B2-19L322-BK
- L8B2-19L322-BL
- L8B2-19L322-BM
- L8B2-19L322-BN
- L8B2-19L322-BP
- L8B2-19L322-BR
- If the latest infotainment gateway module version available is one of the listed software levels above, ignore this DTC
- If the infotainment gateway module software is on a version that is not listed above, follow the steps below
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run routine - Test Internal Backup Battery (0x040C). If the fault persists go to step 2, if not go to step 3
- Check the front infotainment control module software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the front infotainment control module and repeat step 1. If no software update is available go to step 3
- Check for other related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant DTC index
