Possible Causes
- Downstream component not powered (not applicable to Microphone Modules)
- Infotainment relay failure - reported in Service 19 by B19D3-11/12/13 (Audio Expansion Modules - Power On Signal fault)
- Downstream component fuse blown
- Infotainment relay mechanical failure (contact mechanical fatigue)
- Poor connection (harness connector or pins loosely fit)
- Wiring harness or harness connector pins physically damaged in a way that one or more wires or pins are broken
- Wiring fault (wiring harness or connector pins order does not match schematics)
- Downstream component internal failure (related to the A2B transceiver)
