DTC B11C4-23: Boot/Trunk Close Button - Signal stuck low: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the tailgate close switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new tailgate close switch as necessary
- Check the operation of the tailgate close switch. Install a new tailgate close switch as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the powered deployable loadspace floor open/close switch (where fitted) signal circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness as necessary. Clear the DTCs and retest
- If the fault persists check the operation of the powered deployable loadspace floor open/close switch (where fitted). Install a new powered deployable load floor open/close switch as necessary
