DTC C1B11-28: Pressure Control Valve - Signal bias level out of range/zero adjustment failure: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the pressure control valve circuit, harness and connectors for short circuit to another circuit. Repair circuit as required, Clear the DTCs and retest
- If the fault persists, install a new dynamic response control module. Clear the DTCs and retest
