DTC U0416-68: Invalid Data Received From Vehicle Dynamics Control Module - Event information: Action
- Vehicle Conditions to Enable DTC Setting Strategy
- Engine running for greater than 60 seconds
- Slowly press the brake pedal fully and hold for 2 seconds
- Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check for powertrain control module for other Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and perform the relevant corrective actions
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the anti-lock brake system control module power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the FlexRay network circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Check anti-lock brake system control module for pressure sensor related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to relevant DTC index
