DTC B1096-12: Wiper High/Low Relay - Circuit short to battery: Action

NOTE: To validate the repair use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the diagnostic routine - On Demand Self Test. If the repair is successful this DTC will no longer be set within the body control module

Install a new wiper fast/slow relay as necessary
Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the windshield wiper motor fast/slow relay circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
