DTC B1115-11: High Mounted Stop Lamp control - Circuit short to ground: Action
NOTE:
To validate the repair use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the diagnostic routine - On Demand Self Test. If the repair is successful this DTC will no longer be set. Alternatively check the central high mounted stop lamp function with the engine running and use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check that the DTC is no longer set in the body control module
- Replace the central high mounted stop lamp bulb (where installed)
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the central high mounted stop lamp circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
