DTC C1B00-62: Steering Angle Sensor - Signal compare failure: Action

NOTE: DO NOT replace any modules on the basis of one occurrence of this DTC

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check datalogging signal - Steering Angle Sensor Module Signals - Steering Wheel Angle (0x203A) with the road wheels set straight expect 0 degrees, if 360 or 720 is displayed steering angle sensor module has been fitted incorrectly. Install the steering angle sensor module correctly, clear the DTC and retest
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the steering angle sensor module for related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
