Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the interactive control display module, APIX2 front display screen circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Check for damaged/loose connections. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the infotainment master controller module and/or interactive control display module for related APIX2 DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
