Possible Causes
NOTE:
- If crash signal DTCs are set in multiple control modules, the fault is external to the Electric Power Inverter Converter Control Module 'B' (EPICB).
- Circuit reference - ENS -
- Crash event signal received from the restraints control module
- Supplementary restraint system fault
- Restraints control module power or ground circuit open circuit, high resistance
- Crash signal circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Electric Power Inverter Converter Control Module 'B' (EPICB) software is not at the latest version
- Restraints control module software is not at the latest version
- Electric Power Inverter Converter Control Module 'B' (EPICB) internal failure
