DTC B1144-14: Heated Steering Wheel Supply - Circuit short to ground or open: Action

NOTE: To validate the repair use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to perform the routine - On Demand Self Test. If the repair is successful this DTC will no longer be set within the body control module. Alternatively run the engine for 30 seconds and check the heated steering wheel function, then use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check this DTC is no longer set within the body control module

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the heated steering wheel power circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
