DTC P0E15-01: Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Coolant Heater "A" Control Performance - General electrical failure: Action

NOTE: The battery energy control module records the number of coolant heater control relay circuit short circuit events. To read this value, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Battery Energy Control Module (BECM)/Live Data - and select parameter - PHEV Battery Heater 'A' Output Short Circuit Count First Stage (0x4857). If this value is 333 or 667, the output will remain disabled until the DTCs have been cleared. If this value is 1000, the output cannot be re-enabled and it will be necessary to raise a Technical Assistance (TA).

Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the PHEV battery coolant heater control relay circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness or install a new PHEV battery coolant heater control relay as necessary
