B1207-36: Crash Input Hardwired Signal - Signal frequency too low: Action
NOTE:
If this DTC occurs alongside DTC U0452-64, then this indicates that the restraints control module (RCM) power supply fuse has failed and requires replacement
- Check the integrity of the restraints control module power supply fuse and rectify as required
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the restraints control module power or ground circuit(s) for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the crash event circuit for short circuit to power, short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the restraints control module for related DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index
