- Vehicle Conditions to enable DTC Logging Strategy
- Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check ebooster bypass valve circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Check ebooster bypass valve for
- Seizure/frozen
- Mechanical failure
- Control rod and linkage integrity
- Install new ebooster bypass valve, only when diagnosed as failed
