Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, check voltage between DLC1 terminals Ts and E1. See Figure. If 10-14 volts exists, circuit is okay. Connect a fused jumper wire or Service Connector (SST 09843-18020) between DLC1 terminals Ts and E1. Check ABS warning light. If ABS warning light does not blink, ABS ECU may be faulty. If 10-14 volts does not exist, check for open or short circuit in wiring harness between ABS ECU and DLC1, and between DLC1 and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring harness is okay, replace ABS ECU.
