Inspection Procedure

  1. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT )
  2. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Using the Intelligent tester or Techstream, enter the following menus
      1. Intelligent tester - Select. DIAGNOSIS / OBD/MOBD / PRE-COLLISION 2 / DTC INFO
      2. Techstream - Select: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    2. Select "CLEAR" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs

    OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG:  Go to step  3

    OK: END 

  3. REPLACE OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA 
    1. Replace the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  4. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  5. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Using the Intelligent tester or Techstream, enter the following menus.
      1. Intelligent tester - Select: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/MOBD / PRE-COLLISION 2 / DTC INFO.
      2. Techstream - Select. Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code
    2. Select "CLEAR" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs.

    OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG:  Go to step  6

    OK: END 

  6. REPLACE OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU 
    1. Replace the object recognition ECU (see REMOVAL )
  7. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  8. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Using the Intelligent tester or Techstream, enter the following menus.
      1. Intelligent tester - Select: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/MOBD / PRE-COLLISION 2 / DTC INFO.
      2. Techstream - Select: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    2. Select "CLEAR" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs.

    OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG: REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU  (See REMOVAL )

    OK: END
