Antenna Circuit: Procedure

1. Remove the outside handle.

2. Disconnect the antenna and door oscillator connectors.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   Tester Connection (Symbols)	Condition	Specified Condition
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-2 (ANT2) - a2 (*1), Z2 (*2), c2 (*3), b2 (*4)-8 (ANT2)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-6 (SGT) - a2 (*1), Z2 (*2), c2 (*3), b2 (*4)-2 (SGT)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-5 (ANT1) - a2 (*1), Z2 (*2), c2 (*3), b2 (*4)-3 (ANT1)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-2 (ANT2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-6 (SGT) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   a1 (*1), Z1 (*2), c1 (*3), b1 (*4)-5 (ANT1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   *1: Front Door LH

   *2: Front Door RH

   *3: Rear Door LH

   *4: Rear Door RH

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Replace the door outside handle.
2. Check that the entry LOCK/UNLOCK function operates normally.

   OK

   Entry LOCK/UNLOCK function operates normally.

NG → PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

OK → END (DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE IS DEFECTIVE)
