- CHECK MANUAL DOOR LOCK OPERATION
- Check that the manual door lock function operates normally.

NG → GO TO POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM or POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM
OK: Go to next step
- Check that the manual door lock function operates normally.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH)
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the rear LH side door courtesy light switch.MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU
Tester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Rr Door Courtesy SW Courtesy light switch / ON or OFF ON: Courtesy light switch is pushed
OFF: Courtesy light switch is not pushed- OK
ON (door courtesy light switch is pushed) appears on the screen.
NG → GO TO LIGHTING SYSTEM or LIGHTING SYSTEM
OK: Go to next step
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the rear LH side door courtesy light switch.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (DOOR LOCK POSITION SWITCH)
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the door lock position switch.MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH
Tester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Door Unlock Detection Switch Door unlock detection switch / ON or OFF ON: Door is unlocked
OFF: Door is locked- OK
On the Techstream screen, the display changes between ON and OFF as shown in the chart above.
NG → GO TO POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM (Only Rear Door LH LOCK / UNLOCK Functions do not Operate)
OK: Go to next step
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the door lock position switch.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (LOCK SWITCH)
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the door lock switch.MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH
Tester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Trigger Switch Driver side rear door lock switch / ON or OFF ON: Lock switch is pushed
OFF: Lock switch is not pushed- OK
ON (lock switch is pushed) appears on the screen.
NG → REPLACE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY LH
OK: Go to next step
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the door lock switch.
- CHECK OPERATION OF MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH
- After replacing the multiplex network door ECU rear LH with a normal one, check that the entry lock function operates normally.
OK
Entry lock function operates normally.
NG → REPLACE CERTIFICATION ECU ASSEMBLY
OK → END (MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU REAR LH IS DEFECTIVE)
- After replacing the multiplex network door ECU rear LH with a normal one, check that the entry lock function operates normally.
